Born in Barcelona on 1980, Moisès Fernández Via is considered by press and audiences as one of the leading rising artists in Spain. Winner of the International Scarlatti Competition in Naples, Richmond Competition in Boston, finalist of the Arthur W. Foote Award from the Harvard Musical Association and the Kahn Career Award. A socially compromised artist developing an exemplary review of the form and contents of the standard recital, through innovative projects in collaboration with some of the finest artist internationally.

Since his 1993 debut in the French city of Agen, toured Spain, Germany, France, Austria, Italy, Portugal, Morocco, Cyprus, Israel, United States, Canada and China. Performances in Palau de la Música Catalana in Barcelona, the Auditorium Conde Duque in Madrid, the Wiener Saal Mozarteum and the Leopoldskron Castle in Salzburg, the Rokoko-Saal in Ausburg, the Hamburg Laieszhalle, the Auditorium Ciccolini and the Institute Grenoble in Naples, the Culture Ministry in Rabat, the Belgais Center in Portugal, the Enav Cultur Center and Felicja Blumental Music Center in Tel Aviv, The Jerusalem Music Center, the Pasydys Auditorium in Nicosia, the Walton Arts Center in Arkansas, the Jordan Hall and the Tsai Performance Center in Boston, the MCM Theater in Ottawa, the National Museum of Fine Arts in Québec, or the China Conservatory in Beijing among many others; together with the leading Spanish orchestras, the National Orchestra of Andorra, the Europe Orchestra Sègle XXI and the Camerata Gaudi; recording for the National Spanish Radio, Catalunya Música, Italian RAI and several radios stations along the US.
